skin-on preferred
2 (6-8 oz each)
Olive oil
1 tbsp
Garlic powder
½ tsp
Smoked paprika
regular paprika works too
½ tsp
Salt
¾ tsp
Black pepper
¼ tsp

Chef tips

💡Cook skin-side down the entire time — no need to flip salmon in the air fryer
💡Use a meat thermometer — 130°F is buttery and flaky, 145°F is fully cooked
