Ingredients
Sirloin or ribeye
1.5 lbscut into 1.5-inch cubes
Bell peppers
2 mixed colorscut into 1.5-inch pieces
Red onion
1 largecut into 1.5-inch chunks
Olive oil
3 tbspWorcestershire sauce
1 tbspGarlic powder
1 tspSmoked paprika
1 tspSalt
1 tspBlack pepper
½ tspWooden skewers
8-10soaked in water 30 minutes
Chef tips
💡Soak wooden skewers 30 minutes — dry skewers char and can break mid-cooking
💡Cut everything the same size — undersized vegetables burn before the beef is cooked
💡Slightly charred peppers and onions are the goal — that char is where the flavor is
