Oyster sauce
adds depth — sub: hoisin
1 tbsp
Sesame oil
1 tsp
Garlic
minced
3 cloves
Fresh ginger
grated — or ½ tsp powder
1 tsp
Brown sugar
balances the soy
1 tsp
Cornstarch
thickens the sauce
1 tsp
