1 lb80/20 — leaner = drier burger
Montreal steak seasoning
1 tbspor salt, pepper, garlic powder
Cheddar cheese
4 slicesadded last 1 minute
Burger buns
4brioche or potato buns recommended
Lettuce, tomato, onion
as neededfor serving

💡80/20 ground beef only — leaner beef dries out and gives you a hockey puck not a burger
💡Never press the patty — pressing squeezes out the fat and juice that makes burgers great
💡Thumb indent in center prevents doming — without it burgers puff up into a ball shape
