80/20 — leaner = drier burger

Montreal steak seasoning
or salt, pepper, garlic powder
1 tbsp
Cheddar cheese
added last 1 minute
4 slices
Burger buns
brioche or potato buns recommended

Chef tips

💡80/20 ground beef only — leaner beef dries out and gives you a hockey puck not a burger
💡Never press the patty — pressing squeezes out the fat and juice that makes burgers great
💡Thumb indent in center prevents doming — without it burgers puff up into a ball shape
