Fresh corn on the cob
4 earshusks and silks removed
Butter
2 tbspmelted — for brushing
Salt
½ tspBlack pepper
¼ tspOlive oil
1 tspif not using butter

💡Remove every strand of silk — silks left on burn and taste bitter
💡Butter goes on before AND after — before for roasting, after for flavor
